On May 16th, we took over the beautiful @heimatbywirisdirie for a masterclass that was so much more than just a workout.

We brought together the incredible sculpting energy of @californiabarre and the deep core expertise of @thebellemethod for a powerhouse Barre, Pilates, and pelvic floor workshop.

From sweating it out to deep-diving into women’s health, this was true holistic wellness.

Crunches are not the problem. But they're not the Crunches are not the problem. But they're not the place to start improving diastasis. 

Eventually, we DO want to bring forward flexion like crunches back into our workouts to strengthen the superficial abdominal  muscle  layer a.k.a. the six pack (rectus abdominis). 

But first, we need to make sure the transversus is connected and engaged properly. This is key for managing pressure properly. Basically, we train the centre of the onion before the outer layer.
