One of my greatest hopes as a parent isn't that my One of my greatest hopes as a parent isn't that my kids see every corner of the world.

It's that they grow up curious enough to ask questions, humble enough to appreciate different ways of living, and kind enough to see that we're far more alike than we are different.

Travel has a funny way of teaching those lessons.

Not because every trip is perfect (swipe to the car sickness photo 🤢😂), but because it stretches our perspective.

It reminds us that "normal" looks different depending on where you are.

That kindness exists everywhere.

Kids don't care what language another child speaks if there's a swing to share.

And the best stories rarely go according to plan.

You don't have to fly across the world for those lessons, either.

Find them on a camping trip, a weekend road trip, visiting a new neighbourhood, or trying a meal from another culture. Travel just gives us one way to practice them.

The older I get, the less I think travel is about collecting places.

I think it's about collecting perspective. Thank you Ireland for all of the gifts along the way ✨☺️

We're in an attention economy. It's a Clickbait wa We're in an attention economy. It's a Clickbait war out there. Don't fall for it. 

There's no magical one move that will "sculpt" "define" "tone" or "flatten". 

Diaphragmatic movement isn't sexy. Pressure management and alignment even less so. But one movement to answer all your problems and get you "hot for summer" is☠️

As tempting as it is for me to create similar content to get more eyeballs on my account, I ain't gonna do it.

I’ll never forget Kathryn. She came to class fee I’ll never forget Kathryn. 

She came to class feeling broken and scared.
