  • What is The Belle Method?

    The Belle Method is a global movement and fitness methodology founded by Nikki Bergen — Pilates expert, mom of 2, perinatal and pelvic health specialist, women’s wellness educator, and creator of The Belle Method Teacher Training and Push Prep birth program. Built on science, compassion, and a deep respect for women’s bodies, The Belle Method blends Pilates, functional training, evidence-based education, and pelvic-floor–informed coaching to support women through every life stage: pre-conception, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and beyond.

    Our signature approach teaches you how to strengthen your core and pelvic floor, build full-body function, improve alignment, and develop deep neuromuscular connection. Through thoughtful programming, you’ll learn to manage intra-abdominal pressure, address diastasis recti, improve symptoms of prolapse and incontinence, reduce pain, and build a powerful foundation for lifelong movement.

    The Belle Method ecosystem includes multiple programs and two tiers of memberships (Belle Fit & Belle Premium) that meet you exactly where you are — whether you’re a complete beginner, returning to movement after pregnancy, or an experienced mover looking to level up.

    All programs begin with our signature fundamentals: breathing mechanics, core activation, pelvic floor awareness, and our CEO Framework (Connect, Engage, Overload). This foundation ensures you move safely and effectively, no matter your fitness level.
    With your Belle Method membership, you’ll get access to a full library of workouts, challenges, educational workshops, prenatal and postnatal programs, and exclusive upcoming content inside our new app (launching soon!). Members can follow structured programs like Body Basics, Push Prep, Bodyweight Challenge, Core Challenge, Booty Challenge, Living Room Lift, and more — designed for different fitness levels, goals, and schedules.

    Additional resources include meal plans, recipe guides, wellness workshops, live online classes., expert workshops, and members-only challenges to keep you motivated and supported.

  • What is the difference between Belle Fit and Belle Premium?

    The Belle Method offers two membership tiers so you can choose the level of support, depth, and access that fits your goals: Belle Fit and Belle Premium.

    Belle Fit is our essential, all-access fitness membership. For $259 CAD per year, you’ll get full access to our workout library and structured programs like Body Basics, Living Room Lift, Bodyweight Challenge, Booty Challenge, Core Challenge, and more. This tier gives you hundreds of on-demand classes, evidence-led programming, and all the tools you need to build strength, deepen your core connection, and stay consistent — at an accessible price point. Belle Fit does not include the Push Prep or Core Restore courses.

    Belle Premium is our most comprehensive, high-touch tier. For $379 CAD per year, you’ll receive everything inside Belle Fit plus access to our two signature Courses: Push Prep and Core Restore. These gold-standard courses include extensive education modules, prenatal and postpartum programming, pelvic floor and core rehabilitation, and weekly live classes with Nikki for hands-on guidance and real-time coaching. This tier is ideal if you’re pregnant, newly postpartum, healing diastasis or prolapse, or simply want deeper support and live community accountability.

    In short:

    - Belle Fit = complete workout library + structured programs for strength, sculpting, and longevity.

    - Belle Premium = everything in Belle Fit plus our most specialized pelvic-health courses and weekly live classes with Nikki for a fully supported experience.
  • How much is the subscription?

    We offer two membership tiers so you can choose the level of support that fits your goals and season of life:

    Belle Fit:
    Our essential training membership.
    $259 CAD per year (or $24.99 CAD per month)
    Includes full access to the workout library, structured programs such as Body Basics, Bodyweight Challenge, Living Room Lift, Booty Challenge, Core Challenge, and more.

    Belle Premium:
    Our most comprehensive, high-touch membership.
    $379 CAD per year (or $37.99 CAD per month)
    Includes everything in Belle Fit plus Push Prep (prenatal birth training) and Core Restore (postpartum core & pelvic floor rehab), along with weekly live classes with Nikki for more coaching and community support.
  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    You can cancel your subscription or turn off automatic renewal at any time before your next billing date. You’ll still have full access to your membership until the end of your trial or current subscription term — no surprises, no interruptions.

    To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

    Sign in to your account at thebellemethod.com.

    Click on your Account icon in the upper right corner.

    Navigate to Manage Subscription in your dashboard.

    Scroll to Subscription Details and select Cancel Subscription.

    You’ll receive an automated email confirming your cancellation.

    Your account will remain active until your trial or subscription period officially ends, so you can continue enjoying your workouts and programs until that date.

  • What equipment do I need?

    Each program has a different set of equipment recommendations. Most all programs (except the no equipment Bodyweight Challenge) require an inflatable Pilates ball (7 to 10 inches), booty band and set of light 2-5 lbs dumbbells. Living Room Lift & The Booty Challenge call for heavier dumbbell sets (10-20 lbs)
