You can begin from 3-4 weeks post uncomplicated vaginal delivery OR 6-8 weeks post cesarean birth or assisted vaginal delivery (forceps, vacuum, episiotomy, 3rd or 4th degree tearing).

No matter how long it’s been since birth, this is the place to begin with your recovery. We’ve had women in their 60’s do the class and finally get results with improved leaking and back pain. It’s never too late.

The workouts range from 15 – 30 minutes and can all be done in the comfort of your own home. You can pause, and come back if you get interrupted mid-way. We get it!

Login to your dashboard and ask questions in our Q&A software! You can even “vote” on other student questions that you want answered. Nikki will host weekly live classes with movement, lecture and Q&A sessions. You can attend live, or just watch the class recording!

YES! Core Restore is designed to rehab your abs and build back function and strength while also dealing with scar adhesions. There are specific c-section resources in the course.

We recommend a variety pack of booty bands (light, medium and heavy resistance), a set of 2 or 3 lbs. weights and a 7-10-inch inflatable Pilates ball. Choose a ball that is 7 inches if you are under 5 feet 4. Choose 9 or 10 inches if you are taller! We provide you with a complete list upon sign up.
